Neighbours “Turijn-Tehran Express”

In the delicate and fragile historical moment in which we live we think that only through music and art is possible to overcome the difficulties, prejudices and fears that the media offer us every day.

Neighbours is an encounter between the music of West and East that aims to create better “neighbourly” relationship through the sharing and the acknowledgment of our human and cultural values.
Neighbours performed in international world music festivals and venues (Music Meeting, Etétrad, De Doelen), recorded the sound-track of the documentary about Tunisia Biserta – storia a spirale ( Cosenude Media Projects).
They work as teachers in Codarts (Rotterdam) leading a large ensemble that performs new arrangements of Persian classical music.
